The Interview ProcessÂ
Once your application is received, a recruiter or hiring manager will review your information. Candidates with skills and qualifications most closely aligned with the position requirements will be contacted and invited to participate in an interview.
Our interview process varies by business group. Interviews may be conducted by:
- Telephone
- In-Person with a panel or group
- In-Person one-on-one
The primary purpose of the interview is for you and Community Banks of Colorado to get to know each other. We will introduce the company, describe what we do, and talk about the position for which you are interviewing in greater detail, including development opportunities. In turn, you will help us understand the level of experience you will bring to the position, your interest in our company, and your passion for your work.
We will inform you of our decision as quickly as possible following the interview.
A Community Banks of Colorado recruiter will be available throughout the process to discuss next steps and expected timing.
