Commercial Real Estate Market Manager

Eric is a native to Colorado, with over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Eric currently leads the Commercial Real Estate Banking group for NBH Bank’s network of markets, individually known as Community Banks of Colorado, Bank Midwest and Community Banks of Colorado Bank. Collectively, the team originates and manages banking relationships with investors and developers of investment real estate. Eric’s tenure with NBH Bank dates back to 2011, when the company made its first acquisitions in Colorado. Eric’s initial role with the bank was as Director of Commercial Banking and in 2015. Eric was charged with standing up the NBH Commercial Real Estate Specialty.

Prior to his time with NBH, Eric held various positions as a producer and in management, with large community and regional banks, in roles including Commercial Banking, SBA Financing and Special Assets. Throughout his career, Eric has been active in local civic and nonprofit organizations.

Eric attended the University of Colorado, majoring in Business Administration and is married with three children.
