Valerie Kramer, CTP
Executive Vice President, Chief Digital Officer

Ms. Kramer has served as the Company’s Chief Digital Officer since 2021 and prior to that, she was Managing Director of Treasury Management and Client Services & Solutions since 2019. Ms. Kramer has over 20 years of banking experience. Prior to joining NBH Bank, Ms. Kramer held various roles within regional and national banks throughout the Midwest where she was responsible for the development, implementation, and support for treasury management.

Ms. Kramer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Nebraska. She also is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and holds her Series 7 license. Ms. Kramer is a 2021 Centurion with the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, a Kansas City Business Journal ‘Women Who Mean Business’ alum and serves on the board of Community Linc.

Kathy Mitchley is a Treasury Management Consultant for Community Banks of Colorado. Kathy has been in the banking industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining Community Banks of Colorado, Kathy has extensive history in Corporate Foreign Exchange trading in South Africa. Kathy received her CTP designation in 2003 and has a passion for providing treasury management solutions for her business clients.
