Sarah has been with Community Banks of Colorado for eleven years and brings more than 15 years of commercial and energy lending experience. She works with private and public companies in the general commercial sector as well as energy. Currently, Sarah is serving as the Interim Managing Director of Commercial Banking for Colorado and previously served as the managing director of NBH Bank’s energy division. Sarah was Vice President and a Business Banker with Wells Fargo where she developed a commercial loan portfolio with commitments of $75 million and deposits of $30 million. She attended the University of Colorado Graduate School of Banking and received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Northern Colorado.

Brian is Managing Director of the Government & Nonprofit Finance group and co-Managing Director of Commercial Banking for Colorado. He joined NBH in 2013 and has spent over 20 years in Investment Banking, Commercial Banking and Public Finance. Prior to NBH, Brian was a banker and manager at Wells Fargo, including Vice President in the Wholesale Government Banking division, working with large municipal entities. Prior thereto, Brian worked in Middle Markets, specializing in small-to-midsize governments, nonprofits and commercial companies. Brian is a volunteer and board member in local civic and charitable organizations and is actively engaged with the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Colorado.

Suzanne has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. She joined Community Banks of Colorado in 2013 as vice president, commercial banking relationship manager for the South Metro team. Suzanne has extensive experience working with businesses on complex credit and financial service needs to include loans, lines of credit, SBA financing, deposit accounts, and treasury management services. In addition to her duties at the bank, Suzanne is actively involved in various community organizations including the Aurora Chamber of Commerce, Platt College and Colorado Advance Manufacturing Association (CAMA). She is the 2017-2018 Board of Directors Chair for the Aurora Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors for both Platt College and CAMA.

Tom is a commercial real estate and C&I lender with 40 years lending experience. He earned his MBA in 2004, and pursued a Masters in Accountancy in 2011. He received an undergraduate degree in 1981 from Augustana College located in Sioux Falls, S.D., majoring in business administration.  Tom has experience assisting clients with commercial real estate, C&I, agriculture, aviation, medical, manufacturing, franchise, and affluent lending. His primary strength is establishing long-term banking relationship and consistent delivery of banking products and services.

Ryan is a Senior Vice President with Community Banks of Colorado serving the Boulder community as a Commercial Relationship Manager. He has been in the commercial banking industry for 20 years and has worked with a wide variety of companies from pre-profit/pre-revenue to publicly traded global enterprises and everything in between. He has particular passion and expertise in working with high growth and emerging technology and natural food companies.  By engaging as a trusted adviser and building lasting relationships, Ryan’s goal is to help business owners and entrepreneurs succeed. Ryan takes great pride in hosting informative and timely events, making introductions within his network and finding creative solutions to help companies succeed in all aspects of their business.
Ryan enjoys volunteering in the community, having served in leadership roles for several local non-profits focused on education and youth development and has been a head coach in Monarch Little League the past 8 years. In 2017, Ryan co-founded a community development group, Good People Cool Sh*t, focused on trusted advisors growing the entrepreneurial support system in Colorado
Ryan attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, earning an MBA and major in Economics, is married with three children and a rambunctious golden retriever named Oskar.

Shane is a Senior Vice President with Community Banks of Colorado focusing on Commercial and Industrial clients throughout Denver and Colorado as a whole. He has been in the financial services industry for 25 years. Shane has extensive experience managing his client’s complete banking relationships: loans, lines, SBA lending, depository and cash management needs.
Shane graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a BS/BA in Finance and from Regis University where he earned his MBA. Shane thoroughly enjoys Colorado’s outdoor activities such as snowboarding/skiing, hiking, running, and golfing with his wife, son and two daughters.
