Andrew has been in the mortgage industry for 20 years. Previously, he was a captain in a Lear Jet for an overnight delivery company. As thrilling as certain aspects of that job were, ultimately he was looking for something a little more interesting and challenging. Flying under the tight constraints of delivery deadlines regardless of the challenges brought on by all kinds of weather, equipped Andrew well to handle the pressures and demands of the mortgage industry.

Financing is a critical part of any purchase transaction and is certainly very important in the refinance process. Since a home is likely the largest liability a person will have in their life, proper management is key to minimizing the cost of homeownership. Andrew’s attention to detail, which enabled his success as a pilot, has also helped him succeed as a mortgage banker. Multiple parties are involved in every transaction, and everyone has a vested interest in the successful outcome of the deal. The ability to foresee obstacles before they become deal breakers and find ways to overcome them is part of what helps him make the process as smooth as possible and ultimately achieve a positive outcome.

Andrew has lived in Colorado Springs for the last 15 years and loves the community and business environment. Colorado is such a beautiful state with great weather overall and all four seasons to enjoy. Since he loves calling Colorado his home, he looks forward to helping as many people as possible to make Colorado their home!
