We began this adventure over a year ago, with a contract on a townhome in Durango. We were referred to Andi by our Colorado realtor, who said “Andi is the expert on homes in ‘condotel’-type properties”. And indeed she was! Unfortunately, that deal fell through. Andi then turned around (with lightning speed!) pre-approval letters for us on two subsequent townhomes, where our offers weren’t accepted.

As if that weren’t enough, Andi stood shoulder-to-shoulder with us as we pivoted our focus from Colorado to Montana and went into contract on a new construction home in Bigfork in March of this year. What a wild ride we’ve been on, building a new home in the tremendously supply and labor-challenged 2021!
