Travis Clark, Senior Residential Construction Banker

Travis has worked in banking since 1997, with an emphasis on residential construction financing.  Prior to joining Community Banks of Colorado, Travis led teams across 19 states in residential construction financing and most recently worked with consumers, builders, and commercial clients, concentrating primarily on projects/clients in Colorado.

Travis has originated and/or managed over 2,000 residential construction loans exceeding $2 billion in commitments over his career. His passion is consumer construction financing. The most rewarding part of his profession is being part of the team that helps to facilitate a client’s dream of having their new home built.

Travis and his wife moved to Colorado in 1997 from New England for the powder and stayed for the sunshine. His wife is a conservation attorney protecting land throughout the United States and an adjunct law professor. They have one son, who is a senior in high school and competes at the national level in Freestyle Mogul skiing. Weekends are spent doing anything outdoors with all that Colorado has to offer.
