Introducing Premier Client Services—a program that rewards you and your loyalty in a way that might seem like common sense, but is anything but common when it comes to banks.
All clients continue to receive a Visa® Debit Card with rewards, Online and Mobile Banking, Digital Wallet (Apple, Google or Samsung Pay1), Mobile Deposit and Online Statements, plus exclusive new benefits based on your relationship with us.
Silver clients receive discounts on wire transfers, discounts on overdraft transfers, and discounts on mortgage origination fees2.

Gold clients receive the same benefits as Silver clients, plus waived foreign ATM surcharge and foreign fees4,5, and a dedicated VIP phone line.

Platinum clients receive the same benefits as Silver and Gold clients, plus complimentary expedited debit card replacement, and our Preferred Debit Card program at no cost, which includes: Cell Phone Protection, Roadside Assistance and more6.

Your personal deposit relationship will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. The review will be conducted as of last business day of March, June, September and December. If your qualifying balances increase, we will move you up to the next tier during the quarterly review. If your qualifying balances decrease, you will only be moved down to the qualifying tier at the June and December review period. If you are moved to a lower tier, your benefits will change without notice.
During the review period, you must maintain the minimum aggregate checking balance and the required aggregate personal deposit balance for the applicable tier. Required balance for the applicable tier is calculated using the 3-month average balance for all personal deposit accounts within the household. The minimum checking account balance is calculated by the 3-month average balance for all personal checking accounts within the household.
Clients with no previous relationship will be evaluated based on personal deposit balances as of the last business day of March, June, September or December to determine tier. The new household must maintain the account for 30 days prior to the end of the quarter and meet the minimum deposit requirements for at least 30 days.
We may change or terminate program benefits at any time, without prior notice.
4Clients included in the Gold and Platinum tiers using a debit or ATM card will receive a refund of the ATM operator or network fee for withdrawals, balance inquiries and balance transfers from non-NBH Bank ATMs in the U.S.
