Community Banks of Northern California is committed to protecting your privacy. As a financial institution we know that your trust in us is of major importance. This policy discloses our information use policies and practices in detail.

account with our affiliates. In addition, we may disclose the following information to companies that provide products and services necessary to effect, administer or enforce a transaction that a customer requests or authorizes:

* Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others; such as your account balance, payment history.
* lnformation we receive from a consumer credit reporting agency, such as creditworthiness.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that
information to provide products or services to you.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. These standards exist for both our physical facilities and our online services. We educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer policy.
