BSA Analyst
Community Banks of Colorado currently has a position opening for a BSA Analyst.

The qualified candidate will monitor day-to-day Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering compliance. Must have the ability to timely and accurately identify risk and exposure. The qualified candidate will also assist with currency transaction reporting and customer identification program requirements.

Qualifications include: A high school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years relevant work experience. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CTRs, CIP, and SARs required. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Familiarity with Jack Henry and Yellow Hammer Software.

Community Banks of Colorado, Crested Butte Branch currently has a full time position opening for a Teller I. CITIZEN'S STATE BANK OF CORTEZ - BOOKKEEPER

Citizen's State Bank of Cortez currently has a full time position opening for a Bookkeeper. The qualified candidate will be responsible for assisting customers and supporting the internal processes of the bank by reconciling and preparing various bank statements and ledgers and by processing accounts payable and accounts receivables.

• Responsible for reconciling bank check statements which may include preparing weekly reconciliations.
• Pays bills on a weekly basis.
• Processes non-post and non-sufficient fund items. Prints and mails non-sufficient notices to customers. Mails monthly customer bank statements.

GUNNISON BRANCH - OPERATIONS SUPERVISER

Community Banks of Colorado currently has a full time position opening for an Operations Supervisor in our Gunnison Branch. The qualified candidate will be responsible for supervising all Teller and Customer Service operations within the branch to ensure that all employees follow federal, state and Bank policies, procedures and regulations. Candidate will also perform operational duties in addition to supervisory responsibilities. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for control and accountability for cash and negotiable items by actively auditing and closely monitoring all operations' functions.
• Provides timely and accurate reporting, including daily cash balancing, weekly and monthly reconciliations and quarterly audits.
• Actively promotes the sale of bank products and services.
• Works with Branch President on business development efforts.

Minimum Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid ability to multi-task, ability to prioritize work and pay attention to detail. Solid knowledge of banking policies, regulations and compliance issues, minimum two (2) years recent and related experience in a bank environment preferred. Experience with Jack Henry 20/20 is helpful.
