The qualified candidate will be responsible for performing a combination of responsibilities, including handling routine financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, advances, payments, etc. Additionally, retail responsibilities include referring bank products to new or established customers, performing all levels of customer maintenance, and completing general branch operations' duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications include: two (2) years banking experience, high school diploma or GED preferred, basic accounting knowledge, i.e., understanding debits and credits, solid knowledge of banking policies and regulations, and ten (10) key calculator and computer skills.

Montrose - Commercial Loan Officer
Community Banks of Colorado, Montrose Branch, currently has a full time position opening for a Commercial Loan Officer.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing credit portfolios and overseeing all lending functions within the bank to provide excellent customer service and promote safe and sound, profitable lending practices. Responsible for soliciting and serving a variety of business, consumer and real estate commercial loans and deposit relationships. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to: analyzing financial statements and tax returns, conducting field inspections, complete loan presentations, and update collateral values.

Skills include:

1. Expert knowledge and understanding of banking regulations, loan documentation and general ledger function.
2. Excellent understanding of lending process from approval through payoff.
3. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
4. Solid ability to multi-task.
5. Solid ability to problem solve and make final decisions in all areas of loan operations.

BSA Analyst
Community Banks of Colorado currently has a position opening for a BSA Analyst.

The qualified candidate will monitor day-to-day Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering compliance. Must have the ability to timely and accurately identify risk and exposure. The qualified candidate will also assist with currency transaction reporting and customer identification program requirements.

Qualifications include: A high school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years relevant work experience. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CTRs, CIP, and SARs required. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Familiarity with Jack Henry and Yellow Hammer Software.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of duties to support the Branch by processing and/or maintaining loans of all types. Additional duties include opening new deposit accounts and check orders. This individual should be reliable and self-sufficient. He or she should possess excellent customer service skills, outstanding organizational skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail. Experience in Word and Excel. Experience in bank operations is beneficial. Other duties as assigned.

Denver - Loan Administrator 
Community Banks of Colorado currently has a Loan Administrator I position available in the Metro Region. This position will report to the AVP of Loan Administration in the Metro Region. The successful candidate will office at the DTC office, 5690 DTC Blvd, in Greenwood Viilage. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of duties to support all branches throughout the metro area process and/or maintain loans of all types, with emphasis on Commercial Business and Real Estate Loans. This individual should be reliable and self-sufficient. He or she should possess excellent customer service skills, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Experience in Word and Excel, knowledge of Commercial and Real Estate loan documentation and state and county lien filings a must. Experience in bank operations is beneficial.
